About the Vagus Nerve Reset & Nervous System Therapy

The Vagus & Hormone Rebalance Program is a restorative, whole body experience designed to calm the nervous system, support hormonal communication, and gently guide the body back into balance.

This session focuses on down regulating the stress response and strengthening parasympathetic (rest and restore) function creating the internal conditions needed for emotional stability, hormonal harmony, and physical resilience.

Using a holistic and naturopathic approach, we explore how breathing patterns, vagal tone, circulation, lymphatic flow, fascia tension, emotional triggers, and daily habits may be influencing both the nervous and endocrine systems. When the nervous system feels safe, hormones can rebalance more effectively.
