I’m Joy Cox, founder of Rooted N Shalom and an integrative wellness practitioner guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

My work focuses on understanding how stress, digestion, hormones, sleep, and daily habits influence how the body responds over time. Rather than isolating symptoms or chasing quick fixes, I support whole body balance through education, observation, and personalized wellness guidance.
